Offene Kinder- und Jugendarbeit in Corona-Zeiten aus Sicht von Fachkräften

What are the effects of the Corona pandemic on institutions of open child and youth work? The book deals with the challenges of digitalization and impeded participation as well as the dilemma of professionals navigating between their role as rule enforcers and advocates for the interests of children and young people. The results of four empirical surveys from the first lockdown to the spring of 2021 are presented, using surveys of professionals and facilities as examples to show the current state of the field of action. The authors shed light on current challenges and perspectives and formulate recommendations for policy and practice on the basis of the studies.
